POWEROCKS USA replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is out of stock or no longer manufactured, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our discretion. If you purchased on POWEROCKSUSA.com you have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item(s) for warranty issues.
How to return an item
Return item with copy of invoice. Replacement will ship within 7 days of receipt. You must include name, address, and phone number.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Please allow 7 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.
- If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

For full refund if purchased from PowerocksUSA.com, all returns must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing materials, manuals, documentation and accessories. You must include a copy of the invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: POWEROCKS USA recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to POWEROCKS USA or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to, (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
