Product Warranty Terms

Powerocks products carry a 1 year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.  No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding any product’s merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  All warranty claims are subject to quality control inspection.   Warranty claims where original product meets quality standards will be returned to the buyer.

Third-party product

Products sold through the Powerocks USA website that do not bear the Powerocks brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products.  The Powerocks Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Powerocks-branded, even if packaged or sold with Powerocks products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and customer service.

Limitations

The Powerocks warranty does not cover any defect or malfunction as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with faulty equipment. Warranty claims will not be processed if the product itself has been tampered with or opened.  Powerocks USA does not warranty or provide service or support for any third party products.  Powerocks USA is not responsible for incidental damages.

Proof of Purchase

In order to process a warranty claim, Powerocks USA requires documentation to support proof of purchase in the form of sales receipt or packing slip.  The documentation must be included in the return shipment with the defective product.  Defective returns without proof of purchase will not be processed.

Repair and replacement

Powerocks USA will repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is out of stock or no longer manufactured, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our discretion. If you return your product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping on warranty claims is at the buyer’s expense.  Replacement units will be shipped free UPS ground.  Expedited freight on replacement units is also at the buyer’s expense.
